• Add Questions
• Add answers to your Questions
• Click the Activate Voting link
• View the Audience Display page
• Text in your response from your cell phone to 50618 (that's our sms number)
• In the text area enter the following (without the brackets or words "space")
  <vote> space <question number> space <response a/b/dc/d/e>.
  The text on your screen should look something like the text between the asterisks:
  * vote 854 a *
